SMU football head coach Sonny Dykes met the media Saturday to discuss where he sees improvement, a pair of defensive players who have moved positions since last year, on which side of the line he envisions Levon Livingston playing and his philosophy on using starters on special teams.

SMU receiver James Proché visited with PonyFans.com to discuss the Mustangs' new offense, new receivers coach David Gru, which young receivers have impressed during spring practice ... and life after Courtland Sutton and Trey Quinn.

SMU defensive tackle Pono Davis visited with PonyFans.com to talk about his transition from a newcomer working into the rotation in 2017 to one of the veteran leaders of the defensive line after the departure of five seniors from last year's team.
