As a senior in high school, Highland Park's Chris Hipps was about as dangerous as any wide receiver around, catching 86 passes for 1,580 and 18 receiving touchdowns. But instead of playing college football, Hipps chose to head east, to play lacrosse at Duke, where he won two national championships and earned All-America honors as a senior.
