Former Highland Park star discusses Duke lacrosse past, SMU football fuure

As a senior in high school, Highland Park's Chris Hipps was about as dangerous as any wide receiver around, catching 86 passes for 1,580 and 18 receiving touchdowns. But instead of playing college football, Hipps chose to head east, to play lacrosse at Duke, where he won two national championships and earned All-America honors as a senior. But now he's coming home. Hipps visited with PonyFans.com to discuss why he is transferring to SMU, how he was used in his high school offense, and what he expects in his upcoming season as a part of the Mustangs' offense.
