Was Donald always that light-skinned? He looks almost white in those new photos, and he is much darker in his SMU picture.

I can only attribute it to him spending the last few years in St. Louis (i.e. not spending as much time hanging out at the Barr pool and checking out the other reason why SMU is the greatest university on the planet).

Interesting thought. But didn't he play the last few years in Tennessee, not St. Louis?

Yes, you are correct. Mitchell was playing for the Titans prior to joining the Cowboys. I just finished reading the PonyFans article on KG in St. Louis when I responded.

I was just trying to be funny.

UNF,

Maybe it’s the same photographer who took those pics of our end zone.

Again, thanks for doing these stories. I surf the Net when I can, but there's rarely a story about an SMU guy in the pros. This kind of story is the reason PonyFans.com is my homepage. You do a fantastic job.

UNF - those pics are accurate. That's really how Mitchell looks. Check it out when the camera zooms in on him after he picks off Donovan McNabb and races into the end zone this year. Scoring seems to be the only way defensive players get any real face time on the air - he'll hit the end zone this season!
