I'm going 3-6 wins. Too many moving pieces at this point to go with one end of the range vs. the other.

Cox, have you already forgotten the Art of Penciling?

Take the low, easy route

I am not getting sucked in again. I will make my prediction after we have won one.

Yes, it would be nice to at least be able to hang with Baylor this season.

Don't see us hanging with Baylor.

It would be nice though, if we had the better QB with more upside potential.

Baylor will epically destroy us. What are you guys smoking?

I said it would be nice, not that we will. I am not delusional or high.

I see 4 winnable conference games and hopefully we can pull out the UNT game along with another non-conference win. 6-6 with a bowl game to cap the season would be a tremendous start to the new era.

The nice thing is we will remain undefeated against UCONN in football.

I like our chances of beating Tulsa, Tulane, Temple. @USF is a possible one. We will be underdogs in every other game. Hoping we win vs whatever FCS team we play in non-conference

Wow! Quite a break avoiding the 2 best programs UCF and Cincy-too bad we are a couple of years from taking advantage

Hey...he was talking about the convict championship. I suspect UH will overwhelmingly win the west, but face strong competition in the AAC future-felon championship game when they face either Cincinnati or Temple.

I think the true goal in the Baylor game is to force them to play hard for 4 quarters (vice turn it off with time left in the 1st half like this season).

Big break indeed, we should have a chance in 3 or 4 of these games.

Why would Temple be a home game when we didn't play Temple this year and we played Temple at home last year?

Yes, I've been waiting to get to see SMU in Philly.

These home conference games will be ghost towns if we don't show some positives in non con. Beat Unt and compete for 2-3 quarters against Baylor or tcu. Hate to sound impatient but I think that is reality at SMU right now in the watered down American.
