Will probably make a good return on his UP home and BU to cover agent fees.
It'll be easier for kids in school in Waco or Bryan/CS vs HPHS. Quality isn't as good otherwise but not as challenging.

Chad and family have lived in Tulsa and in Clemson. I can assure you there is less to do in Clemson than in Waco. Maybe...just maybe, they aren't all about the "big city". It's not for everybody.
