Tulsa has switched starting QBs to a freshman Seth Boomer from Junior Luke Skipper who had 10 Turnovers in 4 games (6 Ints and 4 fumbles)

Tulsa scores on opening drive with a nice TD pass 7-0

Wow terrible play by Tulsa Safety-he watches WR on a lobbed ball into the end zone when he could have easily knocked the ball down by going for ball

Don't look now but Tulsa takes a 23-17 lead in dominating 3rd Q. Could really shake up the West with Navy and Memphis(2) with losses already
