Can’t answer that without knowing how Liberty finishes.

Looks like we will be going to New Orleans!

I think the AAC championship game should be in a neutral field. The current criteria is absurd, particularly with two teams that have the same conference record. Settle it in a neutral field.

They are worried no one would be there. And fair enough to worry. What do you think SMU-Tulane would draw next week at the Liberty Bowl? Or worse (in terms of distance), Navy-Memorial?

Sadly, that neutral stadium would likely be half empty on ABC in a prime tv slot. For the AAC Championship does the visiting team get a certain amount of tickets?

I’m sure they do, even though Yulman isn’t large. It’s a well designed stadium though, with Louisiana craft brews on tap, and New Orleans in the holiday season is gorgeous. The Roosevelt alone is worth it.

Well let’s hope that this year there’s a sea of red and a repeat score from last year…but this time 59-24 Ponies. That was a humiliating defeat, hopefully still fresh on everyone’s mind. Finish.

Today went pretty well. Tulane and Memphis beat the spread Toledo won though.

Toledo HC is on the short list for the Syracuse job. If he were to get that, it would be considered by the committee placing a G5 in a Major bowl.

When is the last time a team went to the national championship and then was not even bowl eligible the following season? Not asking for any particular reason. Haha

What a wild ending to the Alabama/Auburn game.

from the Forth Worth paper:
....TCU is one of just three teams to make the College Football Playoff one season and to miss a bowl game completely the next.

Colorado lost to Utah.
Colorado finished 4-8.
Hilarious all those corporate sponsors that showered Sanders and his sons with money.
Maybe Deion should have focused more on coaching.

Colorado is BS. Shedeur didn’t play due to “undisclosed injury” but his backup did great and they damn near won. And he only got sacked twice. Shedeur might be Wally Pip’d if his dad wasn’t the coach.
