They're going to give it every possible opportunity but the flooding situation right now here in Dallas is really dangerous.

Is it possible to move the start time to 3PM or even 6PM when conditions are supposed to improve and flash flood watch over.

Why would the game not happen? Both teams are staying in the immediate vicinity. No one cares if some fans can't make it due to regional road conditions.
