I just did not think he would go there, but after the Jimbo deal at A&M and from what I was told, A&M never even talked to him, I am sure he was open to any P5 deal.

You also were pushing to hire Charlie Waters pretty heavily, too, at one point.

Was Dodge a better prospect than Traylor? Dodge was a former UT QB (ooh boy!) and a kid who was graduating high school as a top 100 player. Traylor has two years of college experience in addition to much success at 3A Gilmer. The challenge is ability to hire a good staff.
