o-line recruitswhere the heck are the commits at OL? I am yet to see a decent sized commit in the past two years at OL and looks like we are keeping on with our tradition this year. If you don't want size then get numbers, well we aint doing that either. I have read that the current coaches say they would rather have a smaller lineman with quick feet etc, well that doesn't seem to be working out too well does it? Where are the Adami's, Holder's, Slaten's, Chivera's, Bandi's of old?
Go Ponies!
Re: o-line recruitsThe orals so far seem to have at least one good thing - height, which in turns leaves plenty of room to bulk. One glaring thing against Fresno and everyone else this year.. SMU looks puny! The front seven of FSU looked athletic, tall, fast, etc. Our backs are skinny, our line has no chance, are receivers are short, and our poor QB was getting thrown around like a ragdoll on every contact. And so we try the option play 17 times. A new offensive coach and system for the next three games could be a better victory right now than any games won. If we win a game or two, it may create the illusion these fools talking through the headphones know what they are doing.
