I was reading (ESPN.com) about Neuheisel not being able to even get an interview. Some school like a UTEP is going to take a chance on this guy and it will pay off big. If I was UCLA I would be going after him. I hope to GOD the froggies don't realize this after they run of Patterson next year. Before you start comparing him to Jackie Sherrill he has been cleared of all wrondgoing except the basketball pool.

I would be glad to give Neuhausel a chance at SMU. Fat chance of that ever happening though.

Didn't they just extend their coach's deal?
I agree, he'd be a perfect fit there. And he'd do well - the man's a very good coach.

Old Ricky would be a good fit at UCLA and I think they would be willing to give him a chance especially since he is an alumnus.

I don't think Rick was cleared of all charges at CU. He got them on probation before moving on. Rick wouldn't dare go anywhere that didn't recruit with the least amount of impediments. IMHO-He usually breathes new life in programs and then his tap dance offense strarts becoming unable to run block. UCLA could do better.
