Does anyone know if CSTV is included in the Comcast basic package or not? If it isn't does anyone know what package it is a part of?

it definitely is not-I saw in an article about the MWC that they hope to get CSTV in DFW by 2006. It can be obtained by special package from DirectTV.

On the bright side, it means you have an excuse to go out to the bar... I'm not married and don't plan on being so for at least a little while longer, but I think I will someday welcome the opportunity to slink off to the watering hole when occasion permits (and have a real excuse).

Actually not now, nor have I ever really been one for the bar scene, I always prefered to go to a friends house, or have a bunch of people over to watch it. Oh well, maybe next year.

The good news is that with the new Hall of Champions room finished on the 3rd floor of the Lloyd center (next to the Stadium Club in Ford), there will be game watching parties there during the season. It has 4 flat screens plus giant projection screen for just that purpose. And it has the same TABC rules as the Stadium Club, plus catering. I can't remember if they have satellite there, or if it's limited to cable as well. Anyway, be on the lookout for emails about future game watching at Ford Stadium

Do you ahve to have given a certain amount to be able to get into the game watching parties....I'm still at a pretty low level having just gone back to school and all. Too bad my tuition can't count as a Mustang Club donation.

Not saying you won't, but I would be surprised if you did. They have had a lot of the "happy hour" deals like right after signing day and everyone was welcome to those. Keep your fingers crossed. Maybe a nominal cover charge...but then that is just me thinking out loud...I have no real idea.
