Just heard that when "The Freak" went to I.R., Kevin was brought up from the pratice squad and was signed. We may see him against Dallas this weekend.

Kearse didn't go on IR, because they'd lose him for the whole season, unless something has changed in the last 24 hours. I'd read that he was going to ride the bench for 6-8 weeks while his foot healed.

Either way, I'm looking for #79 (that's hard to get used to) this weekend!

Last week, Carlos Hall - a seventh-round DE from Arkansas - came in for Kearse and got 3 sacks on Donovan McNabb, who's a lot more elusive than Quincy can ever hope to be. Hall ended up getting named AFC Defensive Player of the Week.

Let's see Aldridge get three of his own this week and pick up the same award.
