....its about time a major power considered Schumann. If we are going to give props to Coach Bennett for being a defensive genius then we should also recognize the great job Schumann did at SMU and this year at Tulane-probably the most improved defense in the country.

Schumann did a great job here as defensive coordinator and knew better than anyone how to defend against the option...especially the way Rice played it. I wish only great things for him.
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.
