CNNSI.com does a mock draft, and they're now saying Cincinnati will take KState CB Terance Newman with the first overall pick. Seeing as how the draft often goes in cycles, does this put a premium on cornerbacks with speed, thereby bumping Garrett up a few picks or even a round or two?

I thought KG had an oficial time of 4.31 and Newman a 4.39, making him the fastest(not 2nd)- according to all of the sites that posted official results, instead of heresay performances.

The times listed in the story came from Coach Bennett, who is close to both players and to the whole Draft process. I trust his accuracy on this, although I've seen other numbers posted elsewhere, too. But since I've seen multiple variations on the times, I went with those that Coach Bennett quoted to me.
