UTep won the toss and elected to kick.....SMU is in all white uniforms and they look outstanding! Comet returns the kickoff to the fifteen where he was hit real hard.....Pipkins breaks free for a long gain!

On third down Johnnie Freeman drops a pass and the Mustangs have to punt...Jacob Crowley hits a 24 yard punt which was nearly blocked...UTEP ball at the UTEP 37

SMU's Kevin Garrett was beaten to deep to give UTEP the ball at the ten. After a pass interference call, UTEP threw a td over Matt Rushbrook. Kris Porter caught the 4 yard td pass as he stood all alone in the endzone!

Josh McCown was picked of by DJ Walker and it was returned to the SMU 16. On a positive note, Jason Pipkins made a great tackle.....We are looking a little shaky!

Josh McCown just took an option about 20 or 30 yards to the UTEP 30 yard line. Just like Bleeding Red and Blue said, Josh, sometime you have to just tuck it and run
