Greetings from Maryland...thought folks might be interested in a little tidbit from the Maryland football program...it was recently reported that the Terps currently have 14 players who can bench press 400 lbs...of course I can't verify this information (I didn't see it), but I do know Maryland puts a lot of emphasis on its conditioning program...and the results are starting to really show on the field...just wanted to pass along this information as a "benchmark" comparison between the two programs...hope it helps...
