Funny, he wants to decimate the MAC and CUSA to make the ACC and Big East stronger. He wants Notre Dame and Penn State to change their stated preferences for this new beast. Its a pipe dream disguised as a plan. As long as the BCS is a different creature than everyone else, the mid-major conferences are at risk or either marginalization or raiding. Like someone said earlier, its kind of fun that three private schools have brought the Big East to a pitiful crying giant and one private school threatens to derail the ACC merger with them.
UNC better keep that Ram away from Peruna

Live by the sword, die by the sword. The BE did unto others now others are doing unto them. They don't like it, do they? It was okay when the were the do-ers, but now that they are the do-ees it's a different story. Whatever happens I hope they get exactly what they deserve.

I now think that the ACC expansion has a very slim chance. Too many lawyers/politicians messing things up. In the end both the BE and ACC will be weakened. If one can't have it may as well bring both down. Good luck to Miami and FSU in their new conference
