ACC press release says the vote won't take place until later this month.

I'm guessing that delay is lawsuit driven. The release found on TheACC.com website indicates that they are finishing a thorough study of the impacts on the student athletes and finances. My guess is that they want to have some factual data to respond when the inevitable injunction motion is made by the remaining BE schools..

It's GOT to be lawsuit-driven, doesn't it? There were reports the vote would take place as early as a few weeks ago. I'd guess a lawsuit would be the only thing that could put the brakes on that expansion effort.
