How many SMU events have you attended in the last 12 months? Football, Basketball, etc.

Since I live in San Fran, not as many as I would like but a total of 2. (Football=1 SJSU, Basketball=1 Nevada)

Lots...that would be tough to count. Whatever the number of all men's bball home games, all football home games, several women's bball, several away men's bball and football. What's that number. I can't count anymore today.

Let's see .... this year, I've been to:

All six home football games.
Every home soccer game - men's and women's. (About 20?)
Every men's basketball home game (4?)
Two women's basketball games.
Four home volleyball matches.

So that's nearly 40.

2 Football, one basketball from my southmost outpost. Now, with Mrs. RGV Pony having LSU season tickets, I must also qualify that had it been SMU in the Cotton Bowl last year, or in a conference champ. game, or Sugar Bowl this year, I would have been there backing the Ponies. As it stands, I was at all of those wearing purple & yellow. Now, should SMU make a bowl game next year (wink wink), I only have to hope that the Huminatarian Bowl isn't on the same day as LSU's bowl game.

The Rice game in football, and the EA Sports exhib game in bball. I'm hoping the service academies thing works out in CUSA, and the Ponies travel to West Point once in a while. Also, I'll be at the Boston College game in 2006. Drunk.

1 football (OSU in D), 1 basketball (Navy). Here in DC we don't get to see the Ponies too often. Hopefully that service academy thing works out, I'll get to see the Ponies at Navy every 4 years, ECU every four years, Marshall every four years. If Temple joins, Temple every four years.
UNC better keep that Ram away from Peruna

I live in Houston so I have to travel a little to get to SMU events...however, I did make it to two 'away' games this past football season (Texas Tech and Baylor) and all but one 'home' game. Do tailgate events beforehand count, too? Made those also. GO MUSTANGS! :thumbupcool:
