Just ask all the TCU players who had no grip in their brand new Nike cleats in the Rose Bowl.

Is that why they lost?

GO PONIES!!!

Bulls-eye.

They treat small schools like crap, their gear (outside of basketball, I guess) is overhyped, overpriced and inferior, they hire slime athletes to endorse them and their stuff looks and feels like crap.

Hope to hell this is a false rumor. Either way, I will continue wearing adidas SMU gear.

Nike would be good for us. I'd also like to see the blue jerseys back

RED > BLUE, everyday

However compromise, make a hybrid: Primary Red, secondary colors would be blue lets enjoy our two (one awesome- red, one meh- blue)

I would love to see some more of that electric blue we look good in...not a huge fan of the Navy blue, but I do love the look of those electric blue jerseys

AFA, Boise, UCONN, and Navy all use blue.
Loui, Rutgers, Cinci, and UH all use red.

No team uses Yale Blue or Harvard Crimson (not even us).

Looks like we go back to the Armed Forces Bowl jerseys for all games... Unless Army joins... Then we're back to square one...

If this is true, just keep the God awful gimmicks and flashy new-age looking horse [deleted] that Nike produces on the reg away from our program. I can't stand a lot of the manure they throw out there like Boise and Oregon, they do a good job with USC, Penn St., Bama, and other traditional powers, lets PLEASE follow that model.

You guys realize, don't you, that the uniform company won't decide what color uniform we get. We could stick with Adidas (PLEASE!) or switch to Nike, Reebok, Under Armor or JC Penney and if June doesn't want blue jerseys, we're not getting blue jerseys.

Nike (or whatever company we go with) might slide a new design at him, but he will approve or disapprove everything. I'd like nothing more than to see blue uniforms return, but can't imagine it happening.
