Sure sounds like a lost case to me. Isn't that how most cases are lost? Some pesky law preventing you from doing whatever the heck you want to do? Darn those laws.
Rather than quote all three of the above posts, I'll just respond quoting this one. As far as the one I am quoting, what you have to realize is that antiquated law gives Universities free-will to do whatever they want w/ no recourse for those they are screwing over. It would be like you driving
55 in a
55 zone, a cop pulls you over and writes a ticket that says you were going
110, yet the cop has no evidence to prove this, but the law - or court/judge - side w/ the cop because that's just the way they run things.
Pesky law? Damn right. When a University plans -
a year in advance - to fire a coach, and numerous e-mails bear this out, and said University is not held accountable, doesn't even have to face questioning about it because of this horse****
Sovereign Immunity law, then yes, that is a "pesky law" and a law that is an absolute injustice.
Now, to the other posts,
Leach was asked to "apologize" to
Cry Baby James and he refused. Seems reasonable to me; he did nothing wrong. So why would he apologize when he did nothing wrong?
Cry Baby - or
Daddy's Boy - however you want to refer to him, showed up w/ an alleged concussion and
Leach told a trainer to "place him in a dark place" because the doctor said in the note that he -
Cry Baby/Daddy's Boy - should not be in sunlight.
The trainer then placed him in a massive area right near the practice field and checked on him every
10-15 minutes.
Cry Baby/Daddy's Boy even admits in his own deposition that he
"thought it was funny" and when he sent the video to his jerk of a father he said,
"You're going to like this."Yeah, sounds like he was really endangered!
Look, I get it.
CJ went to
SMU. And since he's an alumni a lot of you feel the need to defend him. Despite the fact that he was one of those taking money which ultimately resulted in your
Death Penalty and a complete absence from the college football scene for
25 years. Why you would defend a worthless, lying piece of **** like him is beyond me, but hey, whatever floats your boat.
But he, his cry baby son,
ESPN and
Spaeth Communications have all lied and will, ultimately, pay a helluva price for it. As far as
Tech...
Tuberville is recruiting better but how's that
W-L record???
Yeah, that's working out real well. As far as
Leach's recruiting this year, first of all he arrived after the season was over. And grading recruiting classes based on some magazines score is no different than the idiots that grade NFL drafts the day after the draft ends.
Enjoy the crow you'll be eating when
Washington State is winning and going to
Bowl Games and
Tech is going
4-8. Of course w/
Tuberville's great recruiting skills, that record could elevate to
5-7.
