Posted: Thu Apr 19, 2001 1:11 pmIf we are looking at someone from Texas, that is good. Mad Dog, the head guy there, has been very successful and he instills a lot of discipline and order.
Someone from the Cowboys would be nice too.
What we need is someone that not only knows what they are doing, but makes the players respect them. They need to be a force! That is what 70% of that job is about.
