Michael Dyer is shopping for a home right now. He is about a 4th chance person. It appears Arkansas will not let him walk on although he has openly said that is what he wants. He is silently negotiating with several schools. I doubt we are one of them but it will be interesting to see where he ends up. Said he will announce his decision Wednesday.

Rumor is that Dyer is off to Louisville. Thank god we don't play em this year - him and bridgewater could be a vicious combo.

As far as the UT player is concerned, one fight doesn't bother me. Hopefully the kid has no other issues; I'd love to have him.

Speaking of Dyer - EXCELLENT article on Grantland. Definitely check it out.

I have had some dealings with Fitz Hill and have never met a finer person. If anyone can straighten Dyer out, he can. I hope the kid makes it. Hill is staking a lot of his reputation on him.

Why don't you call yourselves UT-Dal...wait that name is already taken...why don't you call yourselves UT-University Park and be through with it?

Yea exactly because getting transfers from UT is such a bad thing...? Good one.

It is when you want and take every single one that wants to transfer. It says that you've done a [deleted] poor job of recruiting.

Our 1 UT transfer beat Houston by 39 points. Can't wait to see how bad we beat em with 3.

While I can't argue with you about our recruiting, there's no way that UH would have turned down any of the 3 ut transfers we have on our roster.

Here's what poor recruiting gets you:

And how many UT players have lowered themselves further to go to any Houston schools? Our new O Lineman went to SMU for our Business school. You know, the one with all the national accolades? He is actually all about education, he just happens to play football. No football players at U of H can seriously say they care about their education.

I would not say they do not care about education. They let us school them pretty well last year.
