football season

Postby CharlotteWolf » Sat Jun 09, 2001 12:04 pm

Hi folks. I'm interested in how you think your season will end up. Are you optimistic? Do you think you'll be significantly better than last year?

Do you think you will beat my Wolfpack on September 22nd?

Want to tell us about it? <A HREF="http://www.accboards.com/cgi-bin/forumdisplay.cgi?action=topics&forum=NC+State+Sports&number=23" TARGET=_blank>http://www.accboards.com/cgi-bin/forumdisplay.cgi?action=topics&forum=NC+State+Sports&number=23</A>

Good luck on your season (for all but one game, that is).

I, personally, am not that optimistic. We have a good defense, that will be on the field too long, and a weak offense. I think we have potential at O but it will not happen.

You all will spank us as bad, if not worse than last year.

Well, I hope you do better than you think. Losing McCown might actually help. The offensive line is the key to a decent offense, so that is where you will live or die.

I don't know if the game will be televised or not. I hope to see it.

You are right about the offensive line. You all will be the hardest opponent we face, so it looks good for you all.

Maybe NCState will come out over confident and we can pull out another Miracle on Mockingbird.

I doubt the game will be televised, unless the local NC station picks it up. You will be able to listen to the game on the internet via a webcast.
