So why is it that we seem to be doing everything right in basketball (even promotions, game production value, etc) but football just seems bush league? Is it not the same marketing dept/people doing both?

That is an excellent question. I guess we have silos within the athletics department?

Hence, my question about when our posters were coming. They should have had them in the spring game.

They should have also done the darn spring game in our STADIUM!

I am tired of this! I want our Football to be Big 12 Football level here at SMU. We have ACC/Big Ten basketball here at SMU...FBall needs to get with the program and catch up!

Honestly though, who gives a flying duck about a holographic poster if your team is garbage

Those jokes weren't funny years ago. Now they're just tired and embarrassing. Rehashing the same stupid jokes about our own team makes all of us, as a fan base, look bad, like a bunch of crybabies. Get over it and move on.
