Pretty much if you don't have a valid conflict to watch a Century Old Rivalry against a Top 10 team 1 1/2 hours drive away. You definitely don't have any room to [deleted] about SMU not making it to the P5 I think SMU fans and their entitled -"Wait until we are 10-2" attitude sucks. Pretty soon you probably won't have to worry about playing a nationally prominent team. Then I'm sure you'll [deleted] about never playing anyone you care about.
"With a quarter of a tank of gas, we can get everything we need right here in DFW." -SMU Head Coach Chad Morris
When momentum starts rolling downhill in recruiting-WATCH OUT.

Agreed, but some aren't waiting for 10-2.....just a coach committed to recruiting and giving his all. That said, I'm working on getting there and the great Denton Debacle of '14.

This. I'll be there. Haven't seen my tickets yet to know if they are nosebleed, but I am taking the bus so that I don't have to drive back at 11:00 when the game ends. And we are clear underdogs here, but a good d-line and a quality running game can keep a game a bit closer than people might anticipate.

no school in the nation has fans by this criteria if they had our record and schedule for the last 20 years.

What were the avg ticket prices paid? I obviously can't make it but was curious and checking the prices available now and couldn't believe my eyes - $150 to $300.
Really? To pay to watch anything while in Waco is hard enough but these prices?

Considering it is the first Game for Baylor in their new facility, I am surprised tickets are that cheap
GO MUSTANGS!

So you aren't a fan if you don't go to a road game to see is play an opponent that we haven't been competitive with since 1986?
Certainly you are. But if you have to ask why someone would go to a game, any game, in the first place there's an issue.

we are only 33 point 'dogs by today's line. I guess you don't believe in miracles. Like Stallion says, this is our team so you support them when you can. Baylor, UNT and TCU are easy road games for SMU fans living in the metroplex and should be games where our players can actually feel a little support
