All I ever asked was give the guy a chance to play and we'll see what happens and today he did well and with almost no help.

That makes two of us. Couldn't understand with our quarterback choices why you'd ever keep an athlete like that off the field.

I saw what he could do in person in Waco even when running for his life. He's a very good athlete and gives us the best chance to win.

I think we are going with Davis for the rest of the year. If Norvell, Morris or any other spread guy becomes our coach, he will be a great asset in getting us some wins in that big first year. I cannot wait to hear who we hire!
