something I've enjoyed this season

Postby 1983 Cotton Bowl » Wed Oct 29, 2014 9:51 am

Totally off-topic, but I've really enjoyed watching TAMU football this October. The game against Alabama was particularly gratifying. The Aggies will of course win this week in all likelihood, but I see 3 very losable games on the schedule after that. I think 6-6 for TAMU would be an excellent result, and would give me some small sense of satisfaction regarding this otherwise horrid football season.

Oh. . .and watching UT and TT this season has also given me joy.

I have also enjoyed what we all knew would happen eventually. Even last year they lost 4 games and acted like they were national title contenders. Funny to see them praise Sumlin and Kenny "Trill" like they were God's after the South Carolina game...now they want both gone immediately. Comical.

Agreed with all the above. Yes very fulfilling to see the aggie fail, esp after that SC opening game.
Overheard some aggie at our office bldg saying the day after the SC blowout, "theres a great chance this aggie team will go undefeated into the playoff." wow, have some humble pie aggies.
