It's possible, but highly unlikely that UH scores that many. We've only scored over 40 once this season against an FBS team.

Surprisingly, the UH strength (except against Tulane) is rushing the ball. Our 2 highest scoring FBS games were 47 vs UNLV where we rushed for 399 yards and 38 vs Tulsa where we rushed for 246.

Unfortunately, we haven't really been playing much like an FBS team this year. Our D has been really bad against the pass, but sadly we are not much better against the run. Fortunately our offense is cranking out yards and points to make up for it [/sarcasm]. I'll be at the game with family (we may be the only 7 people there) but honestly I am having a hard time getting excited about this one and I have no idea what is going to happen. The optimist in me hopes that the last home game of the year motivates the guys to try and get a win out of this season, but I just don't know how much fight they have left considering we can't seem to catch a break in any aspect of the game (save for Deion occasionally breaking a nice return).

We'll lose by at least 20.

UH has missed the spread by 24-30 points a couple times this year and the last time we played at Ford was a big loss.

SMU can't figure out its QB situation, or RB....but it will be closer than Vegas thinks.

Maybe. . . But I'm not holding my breath. You may not appreciate just how bad our team is this year. I hate to say that, because I'm a Mustang, my wife is a Mustang, and I want nothing more than to believe. But this SMU football team is literally the worst team SMU has fielded since coming back from the DP (and that is saying a lot!!). UH will wipe the floor with the Ponies.

Silver lining. . . After this beatdown there will only be one game left before this season mercifully ends.

Good old fashioned @ss whipping.

The painful loss at the end of the USF game was unrecoverable.

I predict there will be one decent kickoff return, eight atrocious ones, and fundamental breakdowns too frequent to count in all phases of the game.

Let's just forget about football predictions and talk about the weather predictions instead

Houston's QB threw most of the touchdowns in the game.
