Interesting, he is from Mexico - New Mexico, that is.

Where's the outrage? This guy has no experience, and we are asking him to be a GA? HCCM clearly does not know what he is doing...

(Kidding. This is what I'm used to hearing on this board in relation to coaching hires.)

Pinky played in the alum scrimmage in the early 80's, would have made him about 35. He was fearless then, and throughout his career. RIP Pinky.

I always wondered if Mr. Clements named his boys Pinky and Sue because they grew up on the tough streets of Carrollton

Pinky was my YMCA football coach. Of course we were the Mustangs.

I was lucky to have him as an early role model. I remember watching him in the alumni game at Ownby, too.

Kudos to Red and Blue Army for getting those great uniform mock ups by one of our ponyfans out there for all to see. 8)
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

Chad Morris actually retweeted those uniforms about a week ago

BRING BACK THE GLORY DAYS OF SMU FOOTBALL!!!

For some strange reason, one of the few universities that REFUSE to use their school colors: Harvard Crimson & Yale Blue.
