Just ditch soccer and add lacrosse. We already have that field about to start and nobody like soccer anyway.

Why do we need to build a full track?

I like the vision, but sometimes I think we "nice" ourselves to death. There is no way we should have to spend 100m unless we are adding to the stadium.

We also don't bid our jobs which is just stupid.

maybe we are going to submit a bid to the International Olympic committee?

I mean when you start adding the construction in last 15 years including Ford, Moody, Basketball practice facility, tennis facility now $100 Million-150 Million more. Oh yeah remember we are contributing partner to that Golf facility in Southern Dallas County too

And golf is now in the Olympics

If they are asking for $150 Million, they will most likely use that for what Stallion said: IPF (plus relocation of track, etc.), Ford remodel/refresh and expansion to 40k-ish by probably making it a bowl instead of horseshoe, and of course the IPF will have brick so that's expensive. If they are spending that kind of coin, could they add an awning to Ford as well? Sun was horrible.

But for the near term, I think Ford needs a fresh coat of paint for the bleachers and pressure wash the concrete. Hopefully they do that before the season starts.
