I noticed that, too, although I think he called it a "facility" ... is that the same as the IPF, or something separate? I'd heard a slower timeline than that, but he would know better, obviously.

I assumed it was synonymous though maybe not. I fully expect a longer timeline but I don't think recruits want to hear about an ipf in 2020.
