This description of a defensive back is something that Zoolander would have said:

What have you been doing in the three years since your Calvin Klein ads?

I’ve been in school playing football at SMU, and I haven’t modeled in three years because I got a scholarship. I play free safety—Troy Polamalu plays it in the NFL. I guard receivers, and I’m the last line of defense, helping out with things like tackling.

That was goofy. But they probably asked him to describe it very specifically considering who probably reads that site.

The whole thing reads like a big tool, but I'm guessing he's a good kid. Those interviews are usually very scripted.

Doubt he said/wrote any of that. Sounds like it came from Sheldon Cooper.
