Probably depends on who they can fill the schedule with, SMU needs a winnable schedule not a SWC meetup.

2016: UNT, Baylor, TCU
2017: UNT, TCU, Ark St
2018: UNT, Mich, TCU
2019: Ark St, UNT, Tx St
2020: UNT, Tx St,
2021: UNT
...
2024: UNT

I have a feeling we will play UNT in 2016 & 2017 then buyout the remaining years.

Would be a great move for the AAC to move away from FCS games and require at least 1 P5 game.
