Pitiful crowd at start of game. Baylor has 2/3 of crowd with thousands of empty seats.

Traffic is horrible right now so that probably has something to do with it.

Also, Baylor doesn't really travel all that well. Their last game against A&M they brought less than 800 people. The Tech/Baylor game at JerryWorld is never close to full.

I believe Jerry Garcia said it best...we have a soft machine. Starting to look better now.

No worries, they'll fix this problem by the James Madison game.

Honestly I don't understand why SMU continues to have problems with the stupid ticket office. It happens all the time and has been an issue for 20 years.

lines were crazy - need a review of that issue.

that said - if SMU had Baylor's success with a student body twice the size of SMU, we would do better on attendance - that was pretty week.

Baylor doesn't Boulevard so of course they got in earlier than most SMU fans. At kickoff, we were one of the handful sitting in the grassy endzone. A quarter later there were at least 2 to 3 thousand there. Very impressive attendance overall. I think 35 percent Baylor fans in total.
