After a while you have to stop caring about SMU unless you are insensitive to pain and suffering. Chad Morris is a good offensive coach, but not enough defense. Maybe next year. See you then, not before.

Huge gut punch, no doubt and 1,000x worse than any on-the-field performance today or this year.

I do wonder what impact this will have on CM and the football program.

If SMU were to truly go up in athletic flames, I wish we (not the school of course) would set up some sort of fund for ex-players from P5 conferences to tell their stories of bribery, misdeeds and payoffs. We're talking athletes who have either not graduated or have useless degrees. These are tough economic times and you have to think most are struggling. It would expose the NCAA as frauds so I definitely would contribute....Pony Up.

Doctors have told me not to drink until my lab work shows better numbers or I would.

At least the 49ers head coach trended on FB for ripping farts during his press conference.

year has not been nearly as painful as last (at least from the football perspective). Have to remember that through 5 games last year we were "record setting bad"

Who kept track of the records here? Our defense has to be close to the bottom.

Our defense is not good. Period. But I would have to believe we might be one or two spots higher if everyone else had played TCU, Baylor, and JMU.
