Why? If it did come to fruition, could you blame a coach from leaving a struggling G5 program that plays in a half empty stadium that unfortunately can't give a coach all the bells and whistles he needs to compete?

If Big 12 can get waiver to host championship game with 10 teams, why would they expand? No one out there moves the needle for them with TV contracts. Also, Texas is already having trouble losing recruits and prestige in-state to Baylor and TCU (and UH now), why would they want UH in the Big 12 with them? Texas runs the Big 12
