Some perspective - Uconn

Postby SMUstang07 » Sat Nov 21, 2015 7:14 pm

Uconn was 2-10 last year and finished behind us in the AAC. We beat them last year and now they are 6-5 and bowl eligible. That is quite a turnaround. Their coach is going to be a good one. I hope we can make that kind of jump. Did they have a great recruiting class or do we still have similar talent to them again?

I'd like for Cougar King to tell us about them.

He got banned from all the Houston sites and AAC board so he hangs out at the UNT site now

I may get bored and go through the AAC board...just for entertainment purposes.

I'll admit he has good opinions at times but when he goes bad, he's unbearable.

Diaco is a good coach who is building around a decent defense. Their offense is still bad. He'll build an ok program, but recruiting has been poor.

Our year as been F'd by no talent at OL, DB, or LB. next, year should be better.

We are in a good conference that is getting better. Reminiscent of the old MWC with TCWho.

Our defense won't be good enough for that kind of turnaround. Doubling our win total again would be a pretty good accomplishment.
