The pictures look nice. I wonder how easy it is to get from Downtown to the stadium? Does the trolley go there?

Nice, definitely going to do that then. I'd like to check out the Tulane campus too.

I was in New Orleans last March and the trolley was a beating.

Haha, maybe I won't do that then. Googlemaps says it takes 30 minutes.

Ubered from Canal/Bourbon to Tulane Labor Day weekend. About 15-20 each way. Took 10-15 minutes. Highly recommend it. Some cool college bars over there.

Nice to know they finally have uber down there. Was there in February and they didn't. Having to call and wait for cabs again was an odd feeling.

Side note - Go to Lafitte's Blacksmith Shop wayyyyyyyyyyy down at the end of Bourbon past all the other bars. It's the oldest continually operating bar in North America. It's been there since 1722. They don't have lights, and everything is lit by candle. Feels like a pirate bar. Pretty cool.

And don't forget, you can always got to Harrahs while you're there for a little gambling :)

Hopefully they'll put a few of those games on Friday nights to really fill the stands

If you're in New Orleans, hit up Galatoire's for dinner and thank me later. One of my top 5 restaurants anywhere
