CINCINNATI -- If there's a word Margus Hunt wants to use to define his fourth season in the NFL, it has to be "power."

Simply put, athletic power is required to play the game of football at every position, but it is a downright necessity for defensive ends like him. That's why as he enters his final year under contract with the Cincinnati Bengals, Hunt has gotten creative with his offseason training regimen.

Nfl strength coaches are now more like babysitters as they don't have enough time with guys to actually develop them anymore. Might as well go back to what worked. He and his circle probably have way more strength training experience than any other players on his team...take advantage of that.

The track team broke up after Margus got to SMU?
I thought that happened a long time ago. Am I mixed up?

No, you're right. He came to work with the coach of the women's team.
