The students actually get into this, so I'm all for it. Plus wearing white when it's stupid hot makes some sense.

The only ones that do it in coordination are the students and it looks good. I will wear my red like always.

Probably a good idea mrydel...a white dress and boots would not be a good look on you. 8)
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

You can participate in your own way by wearing your tightie- whities. (under your other clothing).

It's a pretty awesome tradition where the fans you have that actually do show up look like the other team's fans for a whole game? Cool

Home side did a decent job. Would look better with everyone in white.

Damn the new end zones look so much better than those old ones. I'll have my white on/out.

White out. Good grief. Is this so everyone can wear a T shirt? Last I check our colors were red and blue. And fashion-conscious females are not going be thrilled at being asked to wear white that far past Labor Day. Do we just do things because someone else did them and we thusly assume it must be good?

Am I the only one that thinks you save this for a big game or rival? I think smu doing this vs Liberty, shows we still just don't "get it". Maybe it's just me though.
