Their voices are annoying. NTS has done nothing in their history to warrant them calling SMU a rival no matter how down we have been post DP. Their fcs program needs to stop with that delusion and go pick on UTSA and Texas State.

To some extent, SMU is one dimensional is correct. We basically had offense last year. Defense and Special teams were woeful. That should not be the case this year.

They even said the offense was 1D. Either Sutton sprints over the top or Matt Davis takes off.

-We have 4 running backs to run over them
-Honey, Proche, Castille look to be in the mix at WR

It's like they didn't even watch last year's game. Jones and West combined for 139 yards on 23 carries.

The teams we played in that stretch were a lot better than them, except for Tulane who we beat by 4 TDs.

Was thinking about that dismal performance in the Memphis game. No offense or defense that day.

To the extent they are basing statements on last year. SMU was one of the most one dimensional teams in the Country last year. Perhaps the most important goal for the NTSU game is for Davis to balance out the Offense-until he does it-its legitimate criticism
"With a quarter of a tank of gas, we can get everything we need right here in DFW." -SMU Head Coach Chad Morris
