Temple will be a good game to measure where we are

I know I used to be in pre season to real season mindset set by the previous staff but as conference play begins I think this is just about the perfect game to see where we are with the injuries that we have. Temple lost some good players to graduation and we lost some good players to injury (QB being the main one for us). Temple will probably be a 4 maybe 5 win team this year so they would be consider kind of a middle of the road AAC team by most. Can't wait to see how we do. Get'em Stangs.

A winnable game for us. Temple played Penn St close but the Nittany Lions aren't what they used to be.

Temple is a very likely bowl team-don't know where you are getting 4-5 wins

Just about every preseason prediction has them easily making a bowl

Okay, 5 to 6 wins then. Just said that because they lost a lot of good players to graduation. But their coach has recruited pretty well though.

Temple lost a lot of their defensive studs from last season. They gave up 231 yards rushing and a 5.5 ypc against UNCCharlotte. Most of their starters were pulled early in the 3rd, so I don't know how much of this was against the backups.

Temple isn't the team they were last year, but they are a 6-7 win team. Solid bowl team.

I think the refrain from now to the end of the season is going to be if we score 25 points, we are going win. If not, we will lose. Temple will be a good indicator if our offense can score against a midlevel conference team.

While 25 is a decent number we will probably need more than that against Houston, USF, Memphis, and maybe a couple of others.

I think we will find any total easier with TDs rather than FGs.
