Beating Oklahoma gave UH unrealistic expectations because everyone thought OU was really good. Same as Texas thinking they were back when they squeaked by Notre Dame who turned out to be horrible. You never really know until midseason.

I hope Houston can keep Herman because he is a good coach and that would be good for the conference.

Maybe some us would feel better if we went back to saying that Coog fans are about to lose their coach this year.
