(OT) Clemson's New Football Building

Got this off the CSNbbs - AAC Conference Message Board.....not sure if this is a IPF and/or Football Building but whatever sounds nice and kind of over the top. Just shows that there is no end in sight in the arms race. It is what it is I guess...

"The new $55 Million 140,000 sq ft Football Building to open within the next 2 months and will include: (here are just some of the features)

1) Death Valley Hill Replica
2) Leadership & Development Center
3) Players Lounge (Ping Pong, Pool, Arcade, TV's, Video Games)

Just curious. With all these bells and whistles, could non-athlete students potentially litigate the school for equal access? Was that the basis for doing away with Athlete-only Dorms?
