I think that the old Bluebonnet bowl in Houston where we came back from 28-0 to beat OK should have made the list. I think we scored 29 in the 4th quarter.

We scored 29 in Fourth Quarter of the 35-29 loss to Arkansas in the final game that year. The Astro-Bluebonnet Bowl was closer throughout the game

I don't think so Terry. I think it was Oklahoma who came from behind. They recovered an onside kick late and missed a makable field goal on the last play.

I love Wikipedia

We did score 22 in 4th Q but OU scored 13 too. We actually were winning 21-14 in the 4th Q. Against Arkansas in prior game we scored final 29 points in 4th Q but lost 35-29. Excitement 68

They did not mention the onside kick and missed fg, but I was there and recall it vividly. I did not remember us scoring that much in the 4th though.

Well this is what happens when I put my sermon aside to look at SMU stuff.

I was at the Arkansas game also. If we just could have gotten it back one more time at the end we would have won. Hixson as lights out in the 4th.

That Holiday Bowl loss still pains me, 26 years later.

that would be great if it was 26 years ago-that would make me 10 years younger

36 years later

Holiday Bowl, I was there and couldn't believe it. That last play, ugh. Greatest bowl game I have attended after that first Hawaii Bowl with Padron, Beasley and Sanders. That one was a wow!

Oops - you are right! That makes it even worse. I was there, too and indeed, that last play was a killer.
