You didn't read it closely enough. the ncaa in a show of it's force, fined the school $5,000..... and I don't think they get to pay it in installments....all at once....

Headline should be "Joke association fines billion dollar power5 university the smallest amount possible".

I sincerely hope SMU is not fined more than Baylor for this comment.
