What's the betting line

Postby Terry Webster » Mon Jan 09, 2017 1:51 pm

Saw on Sutton's twitter that he will announce Wednesday his plans...what are the chances he stays?

Being the pessimist I am I say he is gone. Regardless of injury chance I really think he would be on the sideline with the BB team if he was staying.

Jank said he didn't want to ruin his NFL chances by getting hurt playing basketball

Can't blame the kid for leaving but damn sure wish he'd give us one more year. With the right coaching and QB, the kid could be a stud in the NFL.

If he projects into the second round then he needs to go. No way you can risk injury with $2+ million on the line.

I'd leave in a heartbeat.

Exactly.

There are insurance policies, but still. 2nd round money is goodbye money for sure.

Who replaces him? Quinn is a stud, but who's the big receiver on the outside who may? It's not Honey, maybe Benson but he's not that big.

Maybe Kevin Thomas continues to develop?
Shelmire's speed makes him interesting to watch, too.
