Rossley won a Super Bowl as a QB coach, I believe, with the Packers. Not exactly a struggle.

Rossley didn't win a Super Bowl with the Packers. His most notable post-SMU accomplishments are converting Ryan Tannehill from a WR to a Top 10 overall NFL draft pick at QB and recruiting Johnny Manziel.
